Warisan Berhad is a Malaysian-based conglomerate shaped by a nation-building mindset— developing strategic infrastructure and industrial projects that strengthen economic resilience, connectivity, and long-term capability. The company is driven by a clear purpose: to strengthen the foundations that support national progress and economic resilience.
Among the latest projects currently being advanced is a trans-Pacific submarine cable initiative( HIBISCUS Cable System) planned to run from Cherating, Pahang to Oregon, USA. The project is envisioned as a direct digital bridge from Malaysia’ s east coast into the US West Coast network environment, creating a high-capacity pathway across the Pacific that supports faster, more resilient international connectivity. Beyond speed and capacity, the initiative is positioned to strengthen redundancy and route diversity, support the rapid growth of AI and cloud traffic, and reinforce Malaysia’ s long-term competitiveness as the region scales its data centre and digital economy ambitions.
Warisan Berhad is also progressing one of its latest industrial developments— a 3,500 MTPD urea fertiliser plant project in Salalah, Oman, undertaken in partnership with China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.( CNCEC). Designed at 3,500 MTPD( around 1.28 million tonnes per year at full run-rate), the Salalah facility is a world-scale industrial asset— built to deliver steady, bankable output of an essential global commodity.
Driven by purpose and execution, Warisan Berhad continues to advance projects with lasting national and regional value. Under the leadership of Dr. Palvinderjit Singh, the company is committed to building infrastructure and industrial assets designed not just for today’ s needs, but for the decades ahead.
