GITEX Global 2025, the world ' s largest technology and artificial intelligence event, reaffirmed its growing influence on global innovation discussions from Oct 13-17, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Harbour.

Marking its 45th edition, the five-day event drew a record number of international participants, bringing together more than 6,800 technology enterprises, 2,000 startups, and 1,200 investors from 180 countries.
The scale of attendance reflected the Middle East ' s expanding role as a convergence point for technology, policy, and capital, particularly in artificial intelligence and data-driven industries.
AI, DATA, POLICY
This year ' s programme centred on translating emerging technologies into practical, large-scale applications. Artificial intelligence dominated discussions, with leaders examining how nations are moving beyond adoption towards building AI-native economies.

Ministers and senior officials from across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America debated governance frameworks, data sovereignty and preparedness for quantum-era risks, signalling a shift from policy reaction to active co-design.
Beyond AI, the exhibition floor reflected the growing convergence of technology with future food, health, and sustainability systems. Breakthroughs in biotech, digital health and data infrastructure were showcased alongside quantum computing and semiconductors, with demonstrations ranging from AI-assisted gene-editing tools to
smart biomarker technologies with potential applications in healthcare and agri-biotech.
Major technology players, including AMD, AWS, Google, Huawei, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and Snowflake, presented platforms designed to support sovereign AI and large-scale data workloads.

Deal-making was another defining feature, with a record number of memoranda of understanding( MoU) signed. Partnerships spanned smart mobility, digital public services and national AI skills development, highlighting the increasing role of public-private collaboration in shaping next-generation economies.
With its shift to a citywide format at Expo City Dubai in December 2026, GITEX Global signals an even greater commitment to driving the future of global technology ecosystems and facilitating innovation-led collaboration worldwide.
SOUTH Korean artificial intelligence platform developer F1Soft Co Ltd( F1Soft) has moved to strengthen its presence in emerging markets after signing a memorandum of understanding( MoU) with India-based company LAAYN Technologies during GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai.
The agreement marks a strategic step for F1Soft to expand globally, targeting opportunities in India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, where automation and datadriven production systems are on the rise.
Under the collaboration, the two firms aim to jointly develop and deploy digital transformation solutions for advanced manufacturing, including AI-enabled smart factories, cloud-based manufacturing execution systems, data analytics platforms

The partnership is intended to help manufacturers implement new technologies to modernise operations and increase competitiveness, combining F1Soft ' s AI platform strengths with LAAYN ' s industrial automation experience across South Asia.
REGIONAL EXECUTION
F1Soft has been involved in South Korea ' s Inter-Ministerial Cooperation-Based AI Expansion Project since 2023, working with the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency.
One of its flagship developments includes an AI-powered platform for the Korea Fair Trade Commission to automate the review of unfair contract terms, highlighting the use of AI to improve public-sector efficiency.
LAAYN Technologies, meanwhile, offers expertise in artificial intelligence, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and enterprise systems, with a portfolio spanning smart-city and industrial-automation initiatives. The collaboration is expected to support manufacturers seeking to modernise operations in line with Industry 4.0 standards.
