TALBOTIQ Technologies, a Kuala Lumpur – based enterprise AI innovator, is redefining how organisations work by embedding generative AI( Gen AI) at the heart of their business operations. Its mission is to help companies achieve more with fewer resources.“ Doing more with less means putting AI to work where it matters most. We design for three outcomes: automation that removes repetitive work, intelligence that improves decisions, and orchestration that connects people, data, and tools across a business,” remarked Talbotiq Technologies Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer( CEO) Akhil Gupta.
Talbotiq sees generative AI( Gen AI) not as an add-on, but as a core enabler of its solutions. The future of work, believes Akhil, will be defined by the seamless integration of intelligence into everyday processes.
Gen AI is applied differently across its product suites: the Business Series and the AI Series.
■ Business Series: Gen AI strengthens core business functions by drafting recruitment communications, forecasting sales, and delivering summarised productivity insights.
■ AI Series: Gen AI takes on a more autonomous role, engages in conversations, schedules meetings, manages inboxes, and conducts structured interviews.
“ With Gen AI embedded at the core, every task from hiring a candidate to closing a deal becomes faster, smarter, and more human-centric.”
SEAMLESS INTEGRATION

transformation lies not in adopting new technology but in integrating it with legacy systems, fragmented data, and siloed processes.
Talbotiq addresses this by building modular, Application Programming Interface( API)- first platforms. With plug-and-play connectors, they integrate seamlessly into Human Resource( HR), Customer Relationship Management( CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning( ERP) systems.
The company also has a team of dedicated experts who manage both technical deployment and employee adoption. As a result, onboarding time is reduced from months to weeks.
On its recruitment technologies, Akhil mentioned the challenges of maintaining ethical standards and reducing bias.
“ Ethics in AI remains one of the biggest conundrums in technology today. Even the pioneers behind OpenAI and other global leaders continue to wrestle with the question of how to build systems that are both powerful and fair.
“ Recruitment makes this challenge even more delicate because we are talking about people’ s livelihoods and opportunities.”
To navigate this, the company built its technologies around three guiding principles: transparency, fairness, and human oversight.
Talbotiq’ s platform embeds explainable AI capabilities, making model outputs transparent and auditable. It is also designed to align with international regulations and includes safeguard mechanisms.
When handling HR records, payroll data, or operational intelligence, Talbotiq adopts a security-by-design( SbD) architecture. The company implements a defence-in-depth model, combining endto-end encryption, strict access controls, and zero-trust authentication across all entry points.

For regulated industries, the system supports flexible deployment models. This includes isolated private cloud or on-premise environments. Moreover, Talbotiq applies governance frameworks equivalent to those used in financial systems.
MOVING FORWARD
Talbotiq has established strategic alliances with global technology leaders, as well as regional associations such as the National Tech Association of Malaysia( PIKOM) and Environmental, Social, and Governance Association Malaysia( ESGAM).
Not to mention, cross-border collaborations with organisations like the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation( MDEC) and the National Association of Software and Service Companies( NASSCOM).
“ These partnerships open doors to new markets, shape policy discussions, and accelerate co-innovation. They also give us the credibility to position AI solutions not just as tools, but as enablers of national and regional competitiveness,” added Akhil.
Over the past year, Talbotiq has enhanced its product development strategy, expanded into new sectors, and strengthened its regional presence across Southeast Asia.
Beyond commercial success, the company seeks to democratise AI at scale, Akhil explained:“ I want Talbotiq to be remembered as a catalyst, a company that helps industries transition from experimenting with AI to truly integrating it into their work, competition, and growth.
“ If we can make advanced technology accessible, ethical, and practical, then we will have left behind more than software. We will have left behind an ecosystem that is stronger, more inclusive, and future-ready.” @ ND
