OUTSTANDING practitioners and organisations in Malaysia ' s Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) sector will take centre stage when the Federation of Chinese Physicians and Acupuncturists Associations of Malaysia( FCPAAM) hosts its 2026 Gala Nite and 4th FCPAAM TCM Golden Award Ceremony on July 25.
Now in its fourth year, the annual event has grown into one of the most prestigious gatherings within Malaysia ' s TCM fraternity, bringing together practitioners, educators, healthcare partners, business leaders and industry stakeholders to celebrate excellence while strengthening collaboration across the profession.
A NIGHT OF EXCELLENCE
FCPAAM president Prof Dr Ng Po Kok said the Golden Physician Awards had evolved from a simple recognition platform into a respected benchmark of achievement within the industry.
Ng explained: " Participation has increased significantly, with stronger support from practitioners, associations, educational institutions, healthcare partners and industry leaders nationwide.
" This year ' s edition reflects the maturity and growing influence of the event. We are placing greater emphasis on professional excellence, innovation, education, public service and contributions to the advancement of TCM in Malaysia.
" What began as a platform to recognise excellence has become an event that encourages our members to build their professional reputation while highlighting those who have made outstanding contributions to the industry ".
Following a comprehensive evaluation by the judging committee, 23 recipients were selected, comprising 15 individual winners and eight corporate award recipients.
