ACTING on its ambition to champion the global creative economy, the 2025 edition of the Malaysia International Halal Showcase( MIHAS) debuted the MIHAS Modest Fashion Show & Forum.

The programme was launched on Sep 17, 2025, at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre( MITEC). More than just a fashion show, the MIHAS Modest Fashion Show & Forum has emerged as a full-fledged hub for the modest fashion industry.
This year’ s programme was curated by the International Fashion Chamber Malaysia( MyFashionChamber). In doing so, the organisation made history as MIHAS’ first Official Strategic Partner for Modest Fashion.
Established in Malaysia, MyFashion- Chamber serves as a unifying body that nurtures talent and provides opportunities for growth within the fashion industry.
“ This is a milestone moment. While modest fashion has been part of MIHAS for the past two years, 2025 marks the first year that MyFashionChamber is curating this showcase, said MyFashionChamber Chief Executive Officer( CEO) and Co- Founder Jay Ishak.
“ From this year onwards, the title‘ MIHAS Modest Fashion Show’ will be carried with pride under our Chamber, ensuring that it grows not just as a runway, but as a platform for global trade conversations, industry forums, and business matchmaking.”
The programme is also supported by strategic partners, including Allianz, SLAÉ, and the Malaysian Fashion Business Development Association( PEFEM).
