Professional development and leadership training are taking centre stage at the Brunei pavilion, with the Brunei Institute of Leadership & Islamic Finance( BILIF) highlighting the country ' s capabilities in developing talent and supporting organisations across a range of industries.
Initially established with a focus on Islamic finance and leadership programmes for the financial industry, BILIF has since expanded

its offerings in response to growing demand from a wider range of sectors, including oil and gas, information technology, private enterprises and government agencies.
Acting Chief Executive Officer Afero Eswandy Mohamad said the institute identified a growing need for more diverse training programmes, prompting it to strengthen its portfolio with leadership development, soft skills and technical training.
